Il team di Workplace Services è responsabile della gestione e distribuzione degli strumenti di lavoro per tutti i dipendenti della banca, tra cui laptop, smartphone, tablet e la suite software corporate. Inoltre, si occupa della gestione del servizio locale di HelpDesk, fornendo supporto tecnico a livello aziendale.
In questo contesto, stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire in stage con l’obiettivo di supportare il team nella revisione della documentazione e nella ricerca di un nuovo partner per i servizi di HelpDesk. Il tirocinante avrà l’opportunità di approfondire le dinamiche dei servizi IT aziendali e di partecipare attivamente al processo di selezione di fornitori esterni. Key activities:
- Verificare il corretto funzionamento delle procedure dell’Help Desk IT e delle procedure per gli utenti
- Aggiornare le procedure lavorando a contatto con gli operatori del ServiceDesk e dei team di secondo e terzo livello operativo, oltre che al team di sicurezza e di compliance.
- Seguire RFI (Request for Information) per il prossimo servizio di Help Desk e preparare la documentazione per la futura RFP (Request for proposal).
- Aiutare il resto del team Workplace Service durante l’avanzamento dei progetti, per quanto riguarda il contatto con gli utenti e la stesura di nuove procedure.
Skills and Background
- Laurea Triennale preferibilmente in materie scientifiche
- Capacità di stesura di procedure e documentazione tecnica.
- Predisposizione all’analisi di procedure e di contratti
- Capacità di gestire riunioni con differenti stakeholder per raggiungere i risultati prefissati
- Generiche conoscenze informatiche sulla parte Workplace (Client, Server, MS Windows, pacchetto Office 365, VPN)
- Le soft skill richieste sono abilità di lavorare in team, condivisione di obiettivi, attitudine all’approfondimento di temi complessi, doti analitiche, capacità di sintesi
